We pamper chalet guests on holiday in the Gradonna Chalets with numerous services and inclusive benefits. You stay in your own chalet and don't have to compromise on four-star superior comfort in terms of infrastructure or service.
Sports & leisure programme
Chalet guests enjoy a daily sports programme with yoga, hikes, bike tours and snowshoe hikes, as well as access to the bouldering room and climbing wall. Bike, e-bike and ski equipment hire is available in the sports shop, ski tickets are available at reception.
GRADONNA SUMMER PLUS - THE EAST TYROLEAN SUMMIT TICKET
In summer, Gradonna guests can enjoy free travel on the Kals-Matrei, St. Jakob im Defereggental and Hochpustertal-Sillian cable cars.
GRADONNA WINTER PLUS
Ski in & Ski out- Start directly from the chalet onto the piste in Gradonna, as the valley run of the Großglockner Resort Kals-Matrei ski region leads directly through the car-free resort. Cross-country skiers can access the circular trail in the immediate vicinity.
In winter, a free beginners' ski area with magic carpet is available to our guests directly in the resort.
Gradonna family holiday
In the Gradonna Nature Kids' Club, the little ones are well looked after from the age of 3. And in between, they can relax with the family in the indoor family pool in the Gradonna Spa with a small slide and a separate textile family sauna with steam bath.

For teenagers aged 12 and up, a daily program item is offered as part of the weekly schedule, such as teen yoga, bartender tips, teen gym, or styling tips.
In winter, you can practise your first turns on the free beginners' ski slope with magic carpet right next to the hotel.

Culinary delights
In the summer months you will receive a small breakfast basket delivered to your chalet every day. You are also welcome to take advantage of this service in winter for an additional charge.
For guests who are keen cooks, the chalet service is happy to take care of the daily shopping: the recipe is sent to the hotel - the chalet service takes care of all the ingredients, including drink or wine recommendations. You can also order non-alcoholic drinks, beer or wine from the cellar. If you want to get cooking as soon as you arrive, you will find a perfectly stocked fridge if you order in advance.
With the deposit service of the Gradonna ****s Mountain Resort we deliver traditional dishes (menu in the chalet) directly to your chalet after ordering.
If you book in advance (1 day in advance), we will also be happy to prepare special culinary highlights, such as fondue, for a cosy get-together in the chalet.
We are also happy to provide you with a private cooking service for an additional charge, which will prepare meals for you directly in your chalet.
In the East Tyrolean delicatessen shop in the resort we offer everything your heart desires, from filled shopping bags or frozen dishes from the hotel kitchen to raw meat, vegetables and fruit, from regional specialities to everyday necessities and souvenirs.
Breakfast or dinner in the hotel restaurant can be booked for an additional charge.
Wellness & Spa
Chalet Deluxe guests have free access to the Gradonna Mountain Spa with indoor and outdoor pools, natural bathing pond and wellness area all year round. Guests in the Classic and Superior chalet categories can use the spa area for an additional charge. Beauty and massage treatments as well as hairdressing services are charged extra. Felt slippers, a bath bag, and bathrobes are available in the chalet for your stay.
