Hospitality - Certainly in the Gradonna

More than ever, we feel obliged to act for the benefit of our guests and employees. In coordination with the official requirements, we have adapted and refined our existing hygiene standards. The entire Gradonna team is trained on an ongoing basis and not only presumes, but also "behind the scenes" for naturalness with certainty. As a visual sign that safety is important to us, we added baby elephants to our team this summer. They will accompany / support us in all areas, sometimes in "real", sometimes "imaginary" and sometimes symbolically. But always make sure to make the time in the Gradonna as carefree and pleasant as possible for guests and staff alike - and with certainty and with personal responsibility!

Below we explain some processes and measures in the individual hotel areas, which we particularly request you to comply with during your time-out in the Gradonna.



Basically we ask you to arrive healthy.

In good time before your arrival, we will send you a personal email with information about your stay and ask our guests to provide us with the information for check-in before arrival.

If the circumstances of the corona situation lead to local or personal travel restrictions (such as quarantine or a ban on entry to Austria), we ask you to contact us.


Our baby elephant “welcomes” you at the reception. This embodies the discretionary and currently necessary distance from other people. We kindly ask you to come to the reception with a maximum of 2 adults per booking for check-in. This way we can take care of you in the best possible way. If we already have the registration data, waiting times can be avoided at check-in. The room cards will be handed over to you freshly disinfected.


Mouth-nose protection is no longer necessary for our guests at the reception or in the restaurant. If the distance of one meter is not possible, mouth and nose protection must be worn. In the remaining areas you can - as before - move freely around the house with the imaginary baby elephant at your side.

If you have forgotten your MN protection, we also have masks ready for you at the reception or in the shop.


Auch die tägliche Zimmerreinigung ist an die neuen Standards angepasst. Unser Reinigungsteam ist bestens geschult und vorbereitet und verwendet für jedes Zimmer seit jeher eigene Putzutensilien. Sie finden Ihr Zimmer / Ihr Chalet nach jeder Reinigung „versiegelt“ vor.

Selbstverständlich wird die Wäsche (wie schon bisher) nach strengen Hygienevorschriften deponiert, gewaschen und entsorgt.

Due orari dei pasti nel ristorante garantiscono la massima qualità del servizio e del cibo nel rispetto di tutte le precauzioni di sicurezza.

Fateci sapere i vostri orari preferiti prima del vostro arrivo:

Colazione: 7:15 - 9:00 o 9:00 - 10:30

con il bel tempo la terrazza è ovviamente aperta anche!

Cena: 18:00 - 19:30 o 19:30 - 21:00

Il nostro team di assistenza ti accompagnerà al tavolo la sera dell'arrivo e ti presenterà il resto del processo.

Sotto la comprovata guida dello chef Michael Karl, ti offriamo i piatti per colazione e nella solita varietà e creatività! Una combinazione di piatti serviti e buffet di nuova concezione per colazione, merenda e cena vi aspetta. E ovviamente tutto in conformità con le norme di sicurezza. Anche i bambini continueranno a guadagnare i loro soldi, ma quest'estate i loro posti fissi saranno al tavolo solo con i genitori. Poiché la distanza di sicurezza di un metro tra i tavoli deve essere garantita, possiamo aiutarci nell'organizzazione se ci comunichi le tue abitudini personali (mattinieri, mattinieri, ritardatari, ecc.) E se eviti le cosiddette ore di punta.

Per i nostri ospiti in chalet, i tavoli nel ristorante possono essere forniti solo su prenotazione. Un tavolo al ristorante è già riservato agli ospiti dell'hotel e agli ospiti dello chalet con trattamento di mezza pensione confermato.

Qui abbiamo solo bisogno del tempo.


The entire wellness and spa is generally open.

In compliance with the new hygiene and safety regulations, we offer our massage & cosmetic range as usual. The (double) loungers in the relaxation areas are placed in the entire wellness area taking into account the minimum distance of 1 m (with our baby elephant in between) and the currently permitted maximum number. The saunas and steam baths currently stipulate 6m2 per person. Before entering, please always observe the maximum number of signs that are indicated and specified by the authorities. The same also applies to all indoor and outdoor swimming pools.

We currently do not use sauna infusions, but we have small surprises in store for you. We have reinterpreted the small refreshments and drinks in the spa and continue to offer them to you. Please pay particular attention to our baby elephant distance to other people / families, especially in the wellness area, and avoid the so-called peak times if possible.


The entire activity program is held in the usual manner, but with the minimum distance and the maximum number of participants allowed.

The fitness and bouldering room is open and accessible according to official regulations. Our baby elephant will also accompany you here - important: keep your distance


Please only bring your child healthy to childcare!

This summer, too, children (from 3 years) are taken care of outdoors during the day or in the new children's forest. The children's club is closed during outside childcare times. We kindly ask you to register in advance this summer. Of course, the hygiene and safety standards are also guaranteed in the children's club. Simple signs explain the new usage to the children (e.g. washing hands before and after entering) In the children's club, parents and adults generally have a mouth-to-nose protection obligation.


  • We have adapted and further refined the standards of our cleaning and disinfection plan to the current situation.
  • Additional disinfection stands are distributed throughout the house in sensible places. (e.g. reception & lobby, restaurant & bar, spa, garage lift).
  • The cleaning intervals are increased and documented.
  • Faucets, door handles, elevator buttons etc. are disinfected several times a day.
  • All cleaning agents contain disinfectants
  • All rooms are disinfected regularly and ventilated frequently.


Über das TV-Gerät haben Sie laufend Einblick in Ihre aktuelle Rechnung. Wir bitten Sie um entsprechende Kontrolle vor dem Check out, um Wartezeiten an der Rezeption zu vermeiden. Gesplittete Rechnungen klären Sie bitte im Vorfeld ab. Idealerweise begleichen Sie die Rechnung kontaktlos - mit Kreditkarte, Vorab- oder Sofortüberweisung. (Spätere Überweisung können wir leider nicht akzeptieren.)
