More than ever, we feel obliged to act for the benefit of our guests and employees and have adapted and refined all processes and hygiene standards to the official requirements.
The entire Gradonna team is trained on an ongoing basis and not only focuses on naturalness and safety, but also “behind the scenes”. We strive to make the time at the Gradonna as carefree and pleasant as possible for both our guests and employees.
In the following we explain some processes and measures in the individual hotel areas and kindly ask you to comply with them. Mutual appreciation, mindfulness and personal responsibility are essential factors for a successful, safe holiday.

Please note that you will need a currently valid test certificate throughout your stay. For ongoing testing during your stay, we at Gradonna offer you the option of testing by means of a controlled self-test.

The evidence must be kept ready for the duration of the stay. Please always inquire about the current entry and arrival regulations before your arrival. The G-G-G rule naturally also applies to employees. All measures are based on the current requirements of the federal government and can change at any time: updated daily, always to be found at www.sichere-gastfreundschaft.at.
Even if we look forward to seeing you so much and would love to greet you with a handshake - in the interests of security we are currently not doing this.
We record the test status of all travel participants at check-in. At Gradonna you have the option of continuous testing with a controlled self-test, antigen test valid for 48 hours or self-test (valid for 24 hours).
Enjoy the spaciousness in Gradonna - and even if a minimum distance to other groups of visitors has not been stipulated since July 1st, we continue to try to keep a distance of at least 1 meter. We ask you, too, to adhere to it on your own responsibility. (especially at the buffet, in the pool, in the elevator at the bar).
Currently there is no longer a mask requirement for guests and employees - provided they are vaccinated, thoroughly tested or have recovered! (valid 3G proof).
Voluntary mask wear is of course possible! In the delicatessen shop, you must wear a mask (mouth and nose protection).
The daily room cleaning has been adapted to the new standards. Our cleaning team is well trained and prepared and has always used its own cleaning utensils for each room. You will find your room / chalet "sealed" after each cleaning.
It goes without saying that the laundry will (as before) be deposited, washed and disposed of in accordance with strict hygiene regulations.
Two meal times in the restaurant guarantee you the highest possible quality of service and food in compliance with all safety precautions.
We asked you to let us know your preferred times before or on arrival and thank you for keeping it in terms of safety and quality.
7.30 a.m. - 9 a.m. or 9 a.m. - 10.30 a.m.
(simple mountaineering breakfast from 6:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.)
6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. or 7:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Current curfew: midnight
The G-G-G rule applies to entering the restaurant!
On the evening of arrival, you will be accompanied to the table by our service team and introduced to the rest of the process.
We voluntarily maintain a safety distance of at least one meter between the groups of visitors. For this reason, we ask for your understanding if it should not work out with the desired table and the desired time. We ask our chalet guests to note that tables in the restaurant can only be made available upon reservation.
A table in the restaurant has already been reserved for hotel guests and chalet guests with a confirmed half-board arrangement.
In principle, the entire wellness and spa area is open without restrictions. The G-G-G rule applies to entering the wellness area. We ask you to keep the minimum distance of 1 meter on your own responsibility.
The (double) loungers in the relaxation areas are used by us throughout the entire indoor wellness area, taking into account the minimum distance of 1 m
There are no longer any personal restrictions for swimming pools, saunas and steam baths - we ask you to act independently.
Please show mutual appreciation by not permanently "blocking" the swimming pool!
We ask you to reserve spa appointments in advance of your arrival and to avoid the so-called peak times.
The 3G rule and mandatory registration apply to the entire activity and youth program.
The fitness and bouldering room are open and the same applies here: Please keep your distance!
Please only bring your child to childcare if they are healthy!
The care of children applies to children from 3 years. Especially in summer we try to spend a lot of time outdoors whenever possible and weather. The children's club remains closed during the outside care hours. We ask that you register in advance. Of course, hygiene and safety standards are also guaranteed in the children's club. Our supervisors explain the process to the children (e.g. washing hands before and after entering)
Please understand that the children's club is not intended for permanent residence for parents or adults.
Take advantage of the opportunity to sit on the terrace during the day. There is no better air than the fresh mountain air, there is no “safer place” than outdoors.
The hotel bar is open daily until midnight.
Basically, we ask you to arrive healthy. If you feel ill during your stay and / or show signs of Covid19, we ask you and your roommates to stay in your room / chalet and contact us immediately via reception (tel. 700). We establish contact with the responsible authority and of course we will stay in contact with you.
If you, or someone from your group of visitors, get a positive test result, you are not allowed to leave your room / chalet until you have received further instructions from the authorities.
The quarantine in Gradonna is not possible for Covid19-positive people and K1 contacts. The authority decides on the further procedure and / or segregation in a safe house.
Covid-19 is a notifiable disease. The district authority is responsible for the implementation of measures.
We have adapted and refined the standards of our cleaning and disinfection plan to the current situation.
Disinfection racks are distributed in sensible places throughout the house. (e.g. reception & lobby, restaurant & bar, spa, garage elevator).
The cleaning intervals are increased and documented. Fittings, door handles, elevator buttons, etc. are disinfected several times a day. All rooms are regularly disinfected and frequently ventilated.
If possible, avoid public toilets and use your private toilet in the room.
There is a Covid officer in the Gradonna management team. If you have any questions or uncertainties, please do not hesitate to contact us.
You have a constant view of your current bill via the TV set. We kindly ask you to do an appropriate check before you check out in order to avoid waiting times at the reception. Please always clarify split invoices in advance. Ideally, you should pay the bill contactlessly - by credit card, advance or instant transfer. (Unfortunately we cannot accept later transfers.)
