More than ever, we feel obliged to act for the benefit of our guests and employees and have adapted and refined all processes and hygiene standards with the official requirements.
Even if many of our habits have changed in the past few months - our great motto remains unchanged: Gradonna transforms time into happiness. Sustainable.
The entire Gradonna team is continuously trained and tested and not only focuses on naturalness and safety, but also “behind the scenes”. And always careful to make the time at the Gradonna as carefree and pleasant as possible for both guests and employees.
In the following we explain some processes and measures in the individual hotel areas and ask you to comply with them. Mutual appreciation, mindfulness and personal responsibility are essential factors for a successful, safe holiday.

We are allowed to accommodate guests who have been vaccinated, recovered or have been continuously tested!
Please always inquire about the current entry and arrival regulations before your arrival.
The G-G-G rule naturally also applies to employees.
Even if we look forward to seeing you so much and would love to greet you with a handshake - in the interests of security we are currently not doing this.
We record the test status of all travel participants at check-in. At Gradonna you have the option of continuous testing using a PCR test, "rapid test" (= antigen test, validity 48 hours) or a monitored self-test (only valid once).
A self-declaration must also be signed at check-in (data protection and confirmation of valid evidence)
Enjoy the spaciousness of the Gradonna in order to keep the required minimum distance of 2 meters from people who do not live with you in the same household.
In the entire hotel building, guests and employees alike are required to wear an FFP2 mask. Exceptions are when you are in the water, swimming, in the sauna, in the steam room or in the lounger. Another exception is when you are sitting at the table in the restaurant, hotel bar or on the terrace. Mouth and nose protection is sufficient for children aged 6-14. Children up to 6 years do not need an MNS.
The daily room cleaning has been adapted to the new standards. Our cleaning team is well trained and prepared and has always used its own cleaning utensils for each room. You will find your room / chalet "sealed" after each cleaning.
It goes without saying that the laundry will (as before) be deposited, washed and disposed of in accordance with strict hygiene regulations.
Two meal times in the restaurant guarantee you the highest possible quality of service and food in compliance with all safety precautions.
We asked you to let us know your preferred times before or on arrival and thank you for keeping it in terms of safety and quality.
Breakfast: 07:15 a.m. - 09:00 a.m. or 09:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
Dinner: 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. or 7:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Current curfew: 10:00 p.m.
The G-G-G rule and FFP2 mask requirement apply to entering the restaurant.
You will be accompanied to the table by our service team on the evening of your arrival and introduced to the rest of the process.
You can take the mask off at the table, please wear your FFP2 mask when going to the buffet.
Under the proven leadership of chef Michael Karl, we offer you the meals for breakfast and in the usual variety and creativity. You can still expect a combination of served dishes and newly designed buffets for breakfast, afternoon snacks and dinner. And of course everything in compliance with the safety regulations.
The children will still get their money's worth, but their fixed seat will only be at the table with their parents. The children's buffet is closed in the evening
There must be a safety distance of at least two meters between the tables or armchairs. For this reason, we ask for your understanding if it should not work out with the desired table and the desired time.
We ask our chalet guests to note that tables in the restaurant can only be made available upon reservation.
A table in the restaurant has already been reserved for hotel guests and chalet guests with a confirmed half-board arrangement.
In principle, the entire wellness and spa area is open. The G-G-G rule and mask requirement apply to entering the wellness area. In the outdoor area there is no mask requirement, the minimum distance of 2 meters remains. In compliance with the current hygiene and safety regulations, we offer our massage & cosmetics range as usual. The (double) loungers in the relaxation areas are placed in the entire indoor wellness area, taking into account the minimum distance of 2 m and the currently permitted maximum number. The saunas and steam baths currently require 20m2 per person. Before entering, please always note the maximum number of people that is signposted and prescribed by the authorities. The same applies to all indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Please be sure to adhere to the declared number of people and show mutual appreciation by not "blocking" the swimming pool! Was a point of complaint again and again last summer We ask you to reserve spa appointments in advance of your arrival and to avoid the so-called peak hours.!
The activities and youth program will be held in the currently feasible manner, always in compliance with the minimum distance and taking into account the maximum number of participants allowed in each case. Fitness and bouldering rooms are open and accessible according to official requirements .: Keep your distance! Let's try without a reservation in advance - if it doesn't work, switch to a reservation.
Please only bring your child to childcare if they are healthy! The care of children applies to children from 3 years. Especially in summer we try to spend a lot of time outdoors whenever possible and weather. The children's club remains closed during the outside care hours. We are currently asking you to register in advance. Of course, hygiene and safety standards are also guaranteed in the children's club. Our supervisors explain the new usage to the children (e.g. hand washing before and after entering). Children from 6 years of age must wear mouth and nose protection in the children's club, parents and adults are currently not allowed in the children's club.
Due to the current regulations, we can only serve hotel guests at the hotel bar and restaurant. Unfortunately, we are currently not yet able to offer the popular Gradonna breakfast for external guests. We are really looking forward to being able to offer this offer again!
Take the opportunity to take your meals on the terrace. There is no better air than the fresh mountain air, there is no “safer place” than outdoors.
We are currently allowed to keep the hotel bar and T open until 10:00 p.m. (Consumption only at the tables). We will be happy to serve your desired drink in your room until midnight. (Room service free of charge)
Basically, we ask you to arrive healthy. If you feel ill during your stay and / or show signs of Covid19, we ask you and your roommates to stay in your room / chalet and contact us immediately via reception (tel. 700). We will put you in contact with the responsible authority and will of course stay in contact with you.
We have adapted and refined the standards of our cleaning and disinfection plan to the current situation. Disinfection racks are distributed in sensible places throughout the house. (e.g. reception & lobby, restaurant & bar, spa, garage elevator). The cleaning intervals are increased and documented. Fittings, door handles, elevator buttons, etc. are disinfected several times a day. All rooms are regularly disinfected and frequently ventilated. If possible, avoid public toilets and use your private toilet in the room. There is a Covid officer in the Gradonna management team. If you have any questions or uncertainties, please feel free to contact us at any time.
You have a constant view of your current bill via the TV set. We kindly ask you to do an appropriate check before you check out in order to avoid waiting times at the reception. Please always clarify split invoices in advance. Ideally, you should pay the bill contactlessly - by credit card, advance or instant transfer. (Unfortunately we cannot accept later transfers.)
