Our “Classic” chalets accommodate between 2 and 6 people, with plenty of room over 120 m² for up to 4 double rooms and 2 bathrooms. The cubic chalets sit on a mushroom shaped concrete base and are of 4 different types. A spacious living area with wood-burning stove, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, panoramic bathrooms with views of the mountains, and your own infrared deep heating sauna are important features in the well considered furnishings. Enjoy views of Kals and the mountains of the Großglockner region from your large panoramic windows or your balcony.

Our guests are as different as the Chalet Classic variants themselves. With the Classic chalets, you have the choice of various features to match your needs. For example, a young family on holiday with small children would appreciate the convenience of having everything on the same level, whereas couples holidaying together may prefer the privacy of several levels. The “Platte” classic chalets have their sleeping and living areas as well as kitchen, terrace, bathrooms and WC’s all on one level on the ground floor (approx. 115m²). Beneath this there is a basement (50 m²) containing the infrared deep heating sauna, the utility room, and the store room for sports equipment. Both floors are accessible from outside.
To match the lie of the land, the “Split” classic chalets have an additional floor added with living area, kitchen, and terrace, creating a new feeling of space. The equipment and room layout are identical to the “Platte” chalets (basement approximately 15 m² | Living area approx. 115 m²)
The “Turm” classic chalets have 4 storeys. Above the basement floor (approx. 20 m²) there is a kitchen, living room and terrace on the 2nd level, and on each of the 2 upper floors there are 1 bedroom with bathrooms (3 floors with living areas each of approx. 38 m²). Here too the furnishings and room division are the same as the “Platte” chalets. Chalet basement level.
The “Würfel” chalet has more than 2 intermediate floors. The basement level (20 m²) again houses the infrared deep heating sauna, the utility room and sports equipment storage room. The first intermediate floor (approx. 76 m²) has the living areas and the kitchen and terrace. The further levels (each approx. 39 m²) each have 1 room with bathrooms.
